I'm thinking he probably will. He just can't seem to stay out of other nations' business.

The military is all tied up in Afghanistan and Iraq now, with troops leaving neither completely any time soon. His time table for Afghanistan withdrawal isn't even until 2017, when he'd be out of office.

He could also reduce unemployment by starting another war.

Finally, he's a very hard man and hasn't said that he won't reinstate the draft.
