Do you think i need to change my brake pads? And if so, where should i go to change them?

Everytime i brake nowadays, the underneath of the car feels like it goes "thump thump thump thump thump" and i can especially feel it through my braking foot... is this an indication that my brakepads are worn?

And if so, what reputable dealer do you guys suggest i get replacement pads at?

Edit: oh yeah, how often should i get my brake pads replaced?

It's an indication that your rotors are warped. Replace them.

Not really, but its annoying. You can get any mechanic to shave them straight for cheap.

when i break hard, my front end shakes hard. bad pads or what? also, price?

About $10 (maybe a bit more..I've just bought new ones for ~$22/ea) to turn a rotor..replace pads whenever they're worn.
