I think that it depends on how much the girl relies on make-up for their beauty to begin with.

The majority of my friends only comb their hair when they wake up. No make up, and they look a lot better than the people who look like they spray painted their face with anything they could get their hands on at Macy's.. Some of my friends look VERY good looking, some just look like they've got a hangover. I think the hair has a lot to do with it
