Like others have said, it depends on what your definition of 'dumb' is. For example, I had a roommate who was extremely 'book smart' and good at all things to do with science, math, etc. But when it came to actual COMMON SENSE, this person was a moron. Does that make him/her dumb? At the time, I thought so.
