Do You Think Dean Can Really rake in enought $75 Internet Donations to do the Primaries and take on Bush?

This is in reference to his possible plan to forgo federal matching funds. If he did manage to rake in that kind of money, it would be unprecedented, and it is a pretty in your face strategy aimed at totally destroying his challengers in places like Iowa.

Yep - if he beats GEphardt in Iowa he would be able to take all of Gephardts Union money and put it with the ~20million he'll get from the SEIU. Dean would be stupid to not opt out of the public funds. It's just a matter of his supporters putting their money where their mouth is. He would be 100% screwed if he didn't opt out...but it'll take one hell of a commitment from his minions to make up that $ difference AND exceed it.

What ever, all I know is that it would be a total waste of Money as there is no way in hell that Americans would elect someone that liberal as President.

JFK was a tax cutting fiscal conservative. That helped a lot in the South.... He was a moderate on social issues, IMHO.

Hadn't you heard that Dean is "in the pocket" of the NRA? 🙂

I don't think he's all that liberal. Now, Kucinich and Sharpton are liberals. Of course, they have NO CHANCE. If Dean starts looking like the nominee, he'll move towards the center as everyone knows. He won't be getting my vote though because I haven't been able to scrape my Confederate Flag and KKK stickers off my pickup. 🙂
