As the title says. Do you think Bulldozer will have better mATX and ITX motherboards? (Selection, price points etc.)

Back in the day the better features and price points of AMD motherboards lead me to mostly building AMD systems. Now that I am not dirt poor I can buy either but hate buying something so locked down. IE pick P67 but lose IGP. Pick H6x series and lose CPU overclocking...

I'm sorry, but that one sentence really made me laugh. Back in the day of AMD motherboards meant you were using Nvidia chipset motherboards and those were almost universally horrible, bug ridden POS motherboards.

True, Nvidia did finally make some semi-reliable chipsets, but very few and much too late to save that part of their business.

Anyway, to the OP....have you started investigating the Z68 mATX motherboards yet? Several already out there at various price points and more on the way.

well given the chipsets are mostlythe same as the AM3 ones (such as the 880G AM3+ boards that are alraedy out)

it would not take them much time to build a mATX or ITX AM3+ board. i would figure the selection would not be much different than the current AM3 selection.
