My wife simply does not appreciate it if I point out women I am attracted to, so I don't do it. Doesn't mean I don't notice them, or appreciate their beauty, I just choose not to share that information with someone who doesn't want to hear it.

No - it's insensative to put them in that awkward situation

No - he/she/it is a jealous person
