Do you talk to yourself?

Do you ever find yourself talking to yourself?

I noticed some guy rambling on to himself in traffic today. I don't think it was a speaker phone either because he was driving an old car and didn't seem like he could afford a cell phone.

Yes! Sometimes it helps me work through things. Like, when I'm in the grocery store and I'm trying to remember all the ingredients for a recipe. I'll talk myself through the process and ingredients so I don't forget anything. It doesn't always work though!
