I used to but then stopped and never saw any difference with or without.

I definitely see a difference with the two multis that I take daily. My energy level is much better - probably from the B vitamins.

I don't, but have heard that they can make a huge difference with things like depression and anxiety, especially in the winter months.

I've been taking 'Once A Day Energy' for a year or so now. One thing that I have noticed is that my fingernails are now so strong that I can't bite them anymore. I have to get out the clippers. If it's doing that, I can only imagine how it's helping me in other ways.

Yes multi-vitamin & fish oil daily.

I've heard that fish oil helps your circulatory system tremendously. Which would be beneficial to me since my dad's side of the family has a history of heart failures.

Aren't you suppose to take like 3 a day? One after each meal for them to be affective? Would 1 a day still be affective at all or does it nullify the benefits?

I think fish oil helps me more than the multis do. The amount you should take varies depending on certain factors/goals since fish oil comes in different potencies and combinations(epa vs dha). Since I'm no expert on the subject matter, I will end it with that.

edit: and yes fish oil is very good for people with a history of heart problems.

I'll have to look into it since I'm now interested.
