Do you take vitamins?

once in a while
we have a mega bottle from Costco, every couple of weeks i remember and take one. it'll last us 3-4 years at this rate

ester-c whenever i have a cold. other than that, i prefer getting my vitamins the old fashion way...fruits & vegetables. i already eat a lot of meats.

The water soluble vitamins in the multivitamin would have spoiled and be useless way before then.

I take a 2 Shaklee multi-vitamins, the same brand b-complex vitamin and c vitamin almost daily. I also take a few Shaklee flavonoid and carotenoid anti-oxidants when I take my other vitamins too.
