I take multivitamins (because I don't eat "healthy"), fish oil(just because), and glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM(I grapple and want to protect my joints), but it's erratic.
I don't get this. If I wanted more protein, I would eat some of the yummy food I haveI take protein supplements, but no vitamins.
Taking supplements recently has given me horrible diarrhea.
Fortunately I realized my dogs probiotic digestive enzyme supplement was being added to my protein smoothies instead of creatine, so life is much better now. :$
I don't get this. If I wanted more protein, I would eat some of the yummy food I have
-bacon
-steak
-chicken
-hamburger
-sausage
-cheese
Vegetables are harder to work into my diet. They turn to mush when frozen and they rot if I don't freeze them. They also don't raise my blood sugar, so I'm less inclined to touch them when I'm just looking for some quick calories.
