I take multivitamins (because I don't eat "healthy"), fish oil(just because), and glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM(I grapple and want to protect my joints), but it's erratic.

I take protein supplements, but no vitamins.
I don't get this. If I wanted more protein, I would eat some of the yummy food I have :D
-bacon
-steak
-chicken
-hamburger
-sausage
-cheese

Vegetables are harder to work into my diet. They turn to mush when frozen and they rot if I don't freeze them. They also don't raise my blood sugar, so I'm less inclined to touch them when I'm just looking for some quick calories.

Taking supplements recently has given me horrible diarrhea.

Fortunately I realized my dogs probiotic digestive enzyme supplement was being added to my protein smoothies instead of creatine, so life is much better now. :$

I take a multi from costco once a day and some fish oil every now and then. I eat a few slices of sashimi at work almost everyday so i stop the fish oil on those days.
