I don't take anything else, ever. I generally alternate them some, sticking to the reliable ones. Except the protein, I have been using that forever. I don't like to try new stuff, "cutting edge" promising amazing results. I research them, look at reviews, user reviews, and use established supplements, from an established brand. I get results far more from the actual work I put in, but these do help. I cannot play around much, work does random drug tests, and people have popped from supplements. Then its a huge hassle to get back to work.
