Yes, multivitamin, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B6, calcium citrate, and glutamine. I don't recommend anyone exceeding 1 low lvl multivitamin per day if they are not seriously physically active.
I would also like to recommend to those serious vitamin ppl out there to get them in liquid form...more expensive, but waaaaay easier on the liver = more life and less problems in the long run.
