Never have, never will. Nor have I ever had an issue with damaged hardware.

Never when working on my own machines. I pack one in my toolkit, though, but the only time I use it is in the rare circumstance that I'm working on a customer's machine and he/she is looking over my shoulder while I do it.

Maybe if I was at work, but I always touch the PSU first and then start working inside, so no I don't have a wrist strap at home. It's just a general rule for me.

It was all a bunch of hyperbole. I only work on PC's naked. Never had a problem. :)

No, and I use a magnetic screw driver.

That was a big worry back in the 80's before HDDs were prevalent. Not much need to worry about magnets these days since no one really uses floppies anymore. It's generaly safe these days to use a magnetized screw driver inside of a modern PC.

Imagine how cool you can be with the ladies. "Keep describing this horrible virus that has been causing you problems, while I put on my 'strap-on'"

I build a new system or do a major upgrade every couple of years. When I started in the hobby I would ocassionally touch ground. But now I do not bother.
