I do. Right in front of it. Fortunately I'm not a heavy smoker, but my fan blades do pickup more crud then if I didn't. I have personally seen the insides of PCs who sat in front of heavy smokers and it's certainly not pretty.

I was upset by this line on this image but then reading the whole thing I realized that it was meant to be dishonest in-order to make fun of the dishonest anti-pot propaganda.

Is the 4k chem compounds line used against pot in some other media I am unaware of?

I get a lot of laptops from Montreal, most of which reek of cigaret smoke - while I have no evidence that the smoke damages the PC, I have seen some disgusting brownish stuff building up around the fan which I can only guess is tar. The life expectancy in Quebec cant be more than 60.

I used to work at a Panasonic factory. I guess a lot of Japanese businessmen gave their family members factory jobs, because there were lots of Japanese people who grouped together during breaks. They all chain-smoked. Every. Single. One.

I also purchased a used Super Famicom w/ games from a Japanese eBay seller. The system, controllers, and every game cartridge reeked of cigarette smoke.

Japanese people are (were?) hardcore smokers.
