Do you slouch?

back brace

the funny thing is I just slid down in my chair so I am pretty much laying on it. I guess I slouch

supposedly it's pretty easy to correct if you remove the pillow on your bed and just sleep on you back.

Deadlifts and squats. Honestly, I used to really slouch, but since I've started deadlifting and squatting my posture is much much better. Not always perfect... but a hell of a lot better.

make sure you have someone help you start off with those. you can screw your back real good if you don't know what you're doing.

I have a lifting partner who has been doing it for a while.

Crunches will strengthen your abs and in turn your lower back. They are antagonist muscles, they work with each other. Do a bunch of crunches every day and your lower back pain should dissipate.
