Do you sleep with/without a shirt?

It depends on the climate.

In the winter, I sleep in sweat pants and a T-shirt. If it's really cold I'll add a sweatshirt on top.

In the summer, just my boxers. I don't go below that. You never know when one of your parents might walk into your room...

Better make sure your curtains are all down. Walking past a window at the same time as walker by means someone sees naked guy in the house.

Speaking of being without shirt in bed, It's actually quite neat to check out every bit of your loved one. People's naked skin looks surprisingly detailed and unique in full spectrum lighting and that's the whole reason they use it in medical facilities so they can see all the details.
