Do you sleep better with music playing?

Heading to bed right now with the Final Fantasy X OST playing. Do any of you sleep to music? Do you think it helps?

Wideband white noise recorded in my mp-3 player does it for me..also have ocean surf in there too...

It's bad to listen to music when you sleep, studies have shown that it can interrupt your sleep patterns so you get less REM sleep overall.

sounds like BS to me... the only way i could c that being true is if the music was played during your entire sleep cycle, which dosnt sound pratical.

Just cause it was proven in studie dosn't mean anything, u can get studies to prove anyting you want if u conduct them the right way...

I thim im gona load up Fluke - Risotto b4 bed.... 😉

It really doesn't matter to me. As long as it's not coming through my walls, floor, or ceiling. I absolutely can't stand that when I'm trying to sleep. If I could hear all of the pitches rather than just the bass, that'd be a little different.
