It really p's me off that at least half the drivers don't use the signal on their car. I fell that this certainly leads to more accidents. Is it too hard for people to flick the little switch when they make a turn?

No way...I'll be the one cutting you off in my SUV while talking on the cell phone with my "Eat my exhaust fumes" bumper sticker.
every damn time... except this one time when a cop pulled me over on the highway for speeding... i didn't signal when getting onto the shoulder and he gave me a warning for that...
always. i signal to the people on the left, right, in front, or behind me, if i don't like the way they are driving. sometimes they even signal back 
bah...i do it religiously- like it should be done! (hmmm.this doesn't really work since i'n not religious and lots of people that think they're religious now aren't really that adament about it...but you know what i mean)

My Dad NEVER signals. I was in the car with him and mentioned it. Apparently I wasn't the first family member to comment on his lack of turn signal use
I, on the other hand, considered having a rack of rockets mounted on the roof of my car for non-signelers. But the mechanic said the backblast would probably damage the paint.

i signal over here, but back home for security you should NOT signal, you have to be spontaneous so as to see whether you're being followed....
Its a tricky situation in California at least. I try to signal when I change lanes, but you have to remember that many times when I signal, the car behind me speeds up really fast to try and block me, so now I usually do a quick 2-flash then move thing.

yes...unless im switching lanes and theres no one behind/infront of me. but other than that, always, i even put my arm out the window.

yup. I do that too...
Hell, if there's no cars around at all (like in suburbs at 3am), I'll drive on the other side of the road and maybe try the sidewalk for a bit.
