I was just pondering life this evening and I remember a line of a TMBG song, and the line was "I will never see myself in the mirror with my eyes closed" I just realised what this line meant(what it means to me at least)
Before you write me off as a crazy nef, think about the line, what do you think it means and do you see yourself in the mirror with your eyes closed?
I guess this is the philosophical question of the night

A mirror gives a reflection of your physical self. It does not reflect who you really are. So when you have your eyes closed, you're usually thinking about things (whether it be 'fap fap fap' or the time your favorite team lost a championship game). The singer is thinking about what he can became...or imagining himself in some way that the mirror doesn't show.
