Do you safely remove your flash drive?

They should address this problem with the next version of Windows, or someone can make millions just to write an application that automatically does this. Let's called it "USB Flash Saver" - TM patent pending.
 
I've had a couple of instances when the stuff I saved on flash drive wasn't there after yanking it. So right now if I copy the stuff from flash drive I simply pull it out afterwards, if I copy stuff onto the flash drive, I always safe remove it.
