It can be a good source of money as long as you don't end up with bastard roommates. I also heard you can deduct portions of your insurance/repairs/maintenance if you rent out rooms.

i wouldnt do it unless you really need the money. its just a pain in the ass, and more likely than not you're gonna end up with at least 1 asshole that won't leave.
