People who do not refrigerate their condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc) are absolutely disgusting. You are letting the liquid get gelled up.
I mean, I keep milk in the cupboard but put it in the fridge when it is opened. I do the same for ketchup. When it is opened, it goes in the fridge.
But to keep it outside of the fridge after opening is downright worthy of blowing chunks.
