Do you refrigerate ketchup?

People who do not refrigerate their condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc) are absolutely disgusting. You are letting the liquid get gelled up.

I mean, I keep milk in the cupboard but put it in the fridge when it is opened. I do the same for ketchup. When it is opened, it goes in the fridge.

But to keep it outside of the fridge after opening is downright worthy of blowing chunks.

Yes, but a bottle tends to last a decade or more in our house so it is best to refrigerate it.

He probably gets ultrapasteurized milk in the tetra packs. It's shelf stable for 1 year+. I get them from the dollar store for an emergency cache. Sucks having cereal and no milk. The taste is a bit different from regular milk due to the pasteurization, but it's pretty good, and convenient.

Only because it doesn't separate when kept cold. Other then that, I really hate the cold ketchup on hot food.
