I don't and I often make stupid typos, leave out words, use similar words that are totally out of place, etc. I often notice after I post and go back and edit, but not always. A few days ago I posted about putting "shits" on my bed instead of sheets.

I don't see the problem, it's not like you've ever posted anything worth reading.

Only when they're meaningful posts with a thoughtful point. Which isn't very often :).

for sure, OCD-style.

*melty checks to make sure that is what he wants to post

*double checks

*thinks about adding something else

*adds it, deletes it, adds it again, deletes it

I look them over, but still manage to miss all kinds of mistakes,

I seldom have any posts that aren't edited.

When someone quotes me before I can correct them, I let out a, "doh."

I only preview if I'm doing a load of quotes, or if I'm trimming down quote trees.

Usually. Otherwise, I'll make too many dumb spelling mistakes. And like mundane, I'll not submit if it's pointless.

You have too many posts in too short of a time to think about each one.

Yes.

I'm pretty OCD about my posts. If something is even a little bit off and I catch it after I post, I'll go back and edit it, even if I know people wouldn't notice.

Do you mean, like, extra commas that hang a clause for no good reason? :D
