Do you re-qualify your OC after flashing BIOS?

I was just thinking about how certain Gigabyte BIOSes change the vcore/vdimm reference values with different BIOS revisions. Therefore, I was wondering if it was standard practice to re-qualify (re-test) your OC for stability with the new BIOS versions. I figure it would be best to do so, that's why I'm sticking with F9 BIOS for my P35-DS3R v1.0 for now, since that's what I tested my OC on, even though F11 is out.

As most bioses dont typically mess with voltages, i only stress test a flash if theres something specific in the changes relating to it.

Otherwise i just flash and go. (hot)

Unless the newer BIOs fixes something you need or offers a new useful feature, I wouldn't sweat it.

If I do a BIOS flash, I throttle my system down to defaults before I do it.

I've flashed my machines OC'ed many times. I run DC however, so my systems are constantly under 100% load. I think that re-qualifies the flash in and of itself.
