I have a pair of golf shoes that is really dirty... should I put it in the washing machine??

Also is it ok to put it in the dryer?? Or should I air dry it??

nope, i've never put shoes in there... some stuff might shrink while other stuff might not, and that'd kind of make the shoes weird... just use shoe cleaner.......

If it's your own personal washing machine, yes; as for the dryer, no, let the the pair air-dry :)

Never done that before either. I just use some sneaker cleaner I bought from Foot Locker. Stuff actually works.

I have washed canvas K-Swiss in the washer many times. They went out of style so I do not buy them anymore. Never dried them though.

I found a neat device at the store the other day for this. You put these magnet like insoles into your shoe, and they stick to the sides of the dryer. The magnet holds them in place so you wont hear them bouncing around.

I've put shoes in the washer and it is ok. Old shoes get ruined though.

I have washed my kswiss normal shoes and nike running shoes in the washing machine a couple of times and never had any problems. But like everyone has said don't put it into the dryer unless you have a dry rack or dry bag in my case that is made for drying shoes in the dryer.

We've got a dryer rack and it works great. Just have to remember to turn down the heat to a lower setting. Nothing worse than the burning rubber smell.
