Do you prefer spoiler or no spoiler on your car?

my family has a 05 accord EX and we decided to get the small lip spoiler because the butt of the felt kind of offbalance without it, like it was leaning forward. looking back it was probably a pointless purchase but whatever

I like a factory spoiler on everything. Big improvement. Usually a wing type. I've installed a few. About to get one for my mom's Accord, though I think she just wants the lip type spoiler (Honda has both), which looks better than none.

As for the OP's question, it depends on the car and the spoiler. Some cars look better with spoilers and some don't. A car that does might look good with one type of spoiler and look like crap with another. Like I said, it just depends.

for me it totally depends on the car. Some cars look like crap w/o them, while some look like crap w/ them.

i have a dodge ram 1500 PU, and i agree with ya. but i did see a daytona version of my truck with the stripe and spoiler off the back, and it looked kick ass. it was leveled out and had good rims, and was apparently faster than mine.

on the back of a toyota highlander/sequoia/minivan/harrier/whatever, however, they look retarded. i also prefer the G35 without a spoiler, but the mustang with one. accord coupe yes, accord sedan no.

I am VERY Picky when it comes to spoilers...
I have an Altima 3.5SE and I would like to do the stock SE-R wing on it if I do anything..
My car is currently completely wing-less.

Eh, I swapped the stock STi spoiler for a WRX spoiler for a while. I now have an s203 spoiler. It's a nice middle of the road spoiler.

I like it, but there are too many moving parts on the active aero. Im not looking forward to fixing it when it stops working. Someone put a 3000GT into a wind tunnel to test the active aero front lip and rear spoiler: http://www.3000gtvr4.com/pages/downforce.html

I don't like non-functional add-ons based on things that are supposed to be functional. Just seems cheezy to me. Like adding fake water cooling pipes to your air cooled computer.

I'd have to say Ford was the biggest culprit for this with the horrendous fake hood scoops they were putting on Mustangs a few years back. They did make a few "shakers" too, and those are cool.
