Do you pay for your eBay auctions right away?

I always like to pay for my auctions right away so that the seller doesn't have to wait around on payment. But when I sell stuff, you often get a few who want to wait and wait for days to send payment (I only accept PayPal, so money orders need not apply).

So do you pay right away or do you loligag?

I don't buy anything unless I have enough to cover it in paypal, and I pay right away.

There was one time I screwed up and had to wait for a bank transfer, but I sent the lady e-mail right away and then another e-mail when I got the funds. I like to think I'm a good customer and seller.
 
I usually pay right away....but I hate it when i have to wait a long time for the person to actually ship the item.

And about sniping, I finally understand why you people snipe. WTF, why on earth owuld you say your maximum bid is $40 when it really isn't? I've overbid a person in 4 different auctions, only to have the person I over bid bid more in the last minute. If you can't beat them, join them.
 
If the auction description states that I can pay right away, I do. If there is no indication that I can pay immediately, I wait until I get a confirmation e-mail from the seller.


 
right away... I usually only bid on items when I know I'm going to be around a computer when they end, but if I'm not, I'll pay them as soon as I get to a computer (never longer than a day or two)
 
I usually wait for an invoice. If I haven't received it within 12 hours I send Paypal payment.

Whenever I sell, I send an invoice immediately asking for NON-CC PAYPAL.

WTF happens?

CC Paypal gets sent, argh!
 
Right away (literally as soon as it ends), because I can't wait to get my item! The only time I wait is when I'm bidding on more than one item, and I pay once all the items I'm bidding on have closed so I can combine shipping.
 
Pay as fast as I snipe.


BTW-Just sniped a Framing Nailer for $28, guy says it's got a crack in the aluminum case and is leaking air. I'll have that welded before first break. 😉
