Do you own one of those large white dry-erase boards?

If so, do you have a picture of it posted up in your house? What do you mainly use it for? Bill reminders, notices, etc?

Get one of those green chalkboards instead. Whiteboards will make your house look like an office or an elementary school.

I want a large one to work on math problems with when my study-buddies come over. Does anybody know where I can get one for cheap?

It's hard to find enough wall space for a large one, so get a small one. If you get a large one, consider getting one that is on a stand.

I have 2... one that's a large calendar (that you can change the dates etc), and the other is a plain white one. Don't know why you would want pics of them. Fairly cheap too, i don't think i paid more than $40 or so for mine.

I have a small one, it's 2x3 or 3x4, I can't remember which.

It's super useful - I'm a grad student and a lot of my papers involve derivations or complex equations - it's nice to be able to write them out on something larger than a piece of paper.

I've heard you can buy 4x8 sheets of the material at Home Depot. One of my buddies from undergrad had one in his house that was that size. They used it for phone numbers and reminders.

I have a computer room dedicated to just my computer stuff so I'm thinking about getting one that spans my entire wall. I have probably 10' in length and 10' in height to work with.

I got one for programming. Sometimes when I can't get a line to work, it helps to write it out and look at letters 4 inches tall.

You can buy sheets of a similar material at home depot. I beleive it's called melamine or something, it's a laminate.

We have a large room with a wall over 100 feet long with mirrored windows and write on that with a uv pen. Turn on the blacklights to read the diagrammes! :)

I have a 4x7 one that's on my wall near my computer; I use it to keep organized when working on large projects (software development), and to diagram databases + database relationships (when i want a break from staring at my screen; Visio is definitely easier).

A few of my lady friends go crazy with it when we have parties over here.

No, it would look more like a college classroom.
