Do you own a suit

i have 2 jones of newyork suits. both black, one is patterned and one is not. and i have 5 or so shirts and a few ties to go with them, so i have winter and summer looks, more fun and more business like. they are very nice.

I've owned a few suits over the years, usually bought for one specific event, then never worn again...

I do NOT currently own a suit, but I have a nice camelhair sports jacket (charcoal) that I can wear with slacks for a dressier look when I need it.

I expect I'll be buying a couple of suits later this year for business wear.

edit...I forgot...I still have my birthday suit. It's kind of wrinkled and all stretched out of shape, and even been sewed back together in a few places, yet somehow, it still fits...

i work in the financial sector so yeah i own suits.

most of them are in the decent quality/price range (400ish) but i do have two nice boss suits for meeting clients.

I own 1 real suit and a few more pairs of dark slacks. The suit is some cheapo Stafford that cost maybe $200 that isn't very form fitting. I think once residnecy interviews start I'll get real suit thats cut much better.

One or two. I'm not sure if one fits or not. I worked at a bank, and I've used them for interviews, funerals, and such. I'm 21 btw.

I've put on a few pounds in the last couple of years. 🙁

I have 5: 2 I bought today, which fit at the shoulders but is a bit big at the waist (shopkeeper told me I have to go tailor-made to get it to fit fully), 1 I bought for my school formal on the cheap, and 2 I bought last year, which were meant to be for my daily rotation but they are too big for me now (and even then) so they are useless (hating the guy who sold them to me..told me they would fit well and i would grow into them...)

nicee. high-five for working in the finance sector! although i think the bonuses in our field are going to be a bit low for a while...

1 Black on black pinstripe. 1 navy blue. Only used for weddings/funerals. If something goes drastically wrong, than would also be used for interviews.

same. my pinstripe suit is a really dark navy blue, almost black. my other suit is black and it's some % wool - it is quite warm. the other one breathes nicely and is better for summer.

I thought most quality suits were 100% wool. The summer ones are a lighter wool, but still 100% wool unless you have a seersucker suit that you can rock.

I guess there are other linen/poplin suits but I prefer a lighter wool.

I own 6 suits, but 2 of them no longer fit. I should probably take them to the tailor one of these days.
