The first and second options are the same. You should remove the comma from the second option, then I'll vote for that.

Primary:
Keyboard: black IBM Model M clone with USB support from unicomp)
Mouse: Logitech G5

Secondary for specialty games:
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick (for games that require some flying like BattleField 2 and Desert Combat)
Logitech Steering wheel / pedals for driving games

I have two joysticks, a Saitek Cyborb and an MS Sidewinder. They are rarely used though, the last flight sim I played was Freespace 2.

I have a logitech joystick and gamepad. The joystick hasn't come out of my closet for ages, but I use the gamepad all the time, mostly for emulators.

I have some old one. I havn't used it for awhile. I used it in BF1942 (Desert Combar Mod) I played BF2 as well but I was ussually a groud person so never busted it out. Also it wasn't really needed as much for Helicopters in that game.

I have a joystick and its fooking useless lol. I use the 360 controller more, its not that the joysticks bad or anything its a saitek cyborg pro evo thing its decent but i have no use for it, i got it so i could fly the plane in battlefield 2 but i was better off with the mouse and keyboard. Im still a lousy pilot today, see the guy that takes the plane and suicides it into the enemy tank but misses it by a mile, thats me :( I still cant fly.

I have a joystick lying around somewhere but I can't remember the last time I used it. It's been years.

Nope. Stopped playing dedicated flight sims a long time ago. Even then, our Logitech Sidwinder decided to crap out so forget that. Tapping WASD and fine tuning with mouse FTW.

Nope, don't have a joystick with PC. Been intending to get a gamepad for arcade-type as well as emu games - Gametap, Steam etc have started offering arcade-ish titles as of late. Probably best to get a wireless, but I don't know what kind is good. Above all else I want accurate digital pad and analog sticks, good triggers would be a nice bonus. I have liked Dualshock best on the console side and I think Sixaxis is probably better due to the presence of triggers.

I have a gamepad, barely use it though. If I did have a joystick, I might play more Flight Sims.
