My current HTPC motherboard (ASRock K8NF4G-SATA2) is not being friendly. I to accomplish a, b, and c, but my current motherboard won't satisfy all three requirements simultaneously. There's a chance that this gigabyte motherboard does satisfy these requirements, but if someone could confirm it, I would definitely buy the thing.
a) Enter some form of standby (hitting the power button on a retail MCE remote) such that no front LEDs blink, and all fans (case AND power supply) are off
b) Resume from standby via power button on an MCE remote
c) mATX form factor supporting S754 CPUs and PCIe.
Bonus features, though not necessary, are: headers for 4xUSB2.0 front ports, firewire headers, front audio headers, 7.1 audio,
