Do you need to use switches when flashing IS7 with the latest 13 bios?C'MON

I read that that if you are flashing to the 13b3{beta bios} you need to add /py /sn /cd /cp /cc to the flash line. Do I need to add these switches to the awdflash line when flashing to the latest 13 final bios posted at the Abit site or only when using a beta bios?
