do you need to replace the leadtek geforce 256 gts fan to overclock?

Is the fan on the is the fan on the leadtek geforce 256 gts good enough or is it necssary to buy a blue orb or use an old 486 fan instead? I might try some moderate overclocking.

Try using the 456 fan. If you overclock it too much, it won't damage your video card that much. You can just reset the speed. If you can't overclock that much, I suggest using a blue orb.
