Currently I only have the ATI drivers (latest) installed and the ATI Tray Tools utility on my X1900XT. However I recently added an ATI X1950XT Crossfire Master card. Do I need to install the CCC software from ATI or is there or will there be an option within ATI Tray Tools to enable this? I've never seen in within said utility so I am thinking I will have to bite the bullet and install CCC but would love if anyone else can confirm this or has a work around.
My issue is that no matter what I do I cannot get the new CCC 7.2 to work? it installs, it all looks good but it will NOT turn on when I click on it. The drivers and all games work fine but the CCC does not. Thus to control all the visual optics I simply use ATI Tray Tools. However if I install an older version of CCC then it works. Go figure.
