name: the beige mobile

I had an 88 Subaru that looked like it had come limping out of Bosnia - we called it Brigette.

I also drove an 86 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser (big silver station wagon) - it was a little beat up too - we called it Janette.

They just sounded like ugly, but dependable names.
