Do you mount the ps upside down in bottom mount?

I have a case with a bottom mount power supply location so I mount the power supply upside down so the ps fan blows into the case. Do you do this?

The PSU fan is not blowing into the case, it is pulling air from the case. Ideally you would want to mount it with the fan on the bottom so it can pull cool air from outside the case, assuming it is not sitting on thick carpet or over a dusty floor.
