Wow......unbelievable. You hate your parents, but you will allow them to support you. If you hate your parents, pack up your little grocery bag full of belongings and hit the road. Someday you will have kids, and appreciate that your parents put up with you as long as they have. Hopefully you wont pass on the value of &quot;HATE&quot; to them, but you probably will. I love my parents unconditionally. For 18 years they put up with everything I could dish out and loved me no less for it.

Helpless Discipline has gone by the wayside. Our parents demanded respect and put up with very little from us. Today, kids are way out of hand. Now if you strike you kids, they call the police. I have told my kids to go right ahead. But then again, I have never hit either one of them. I have seen a bunch of kids that need a trip to the woodshed though. Scary to think, that someday (thank God I will be dead) these kids will be running our country. Totally out of control.

I've grown closer to my Mom now that Ive moved out and can appreciate what she's done for me. We had a rough couple years though. Ive also been growing away from my Dad. Can't say that I hate him...He's my Dad...He did the best he could.
