She likes tulips, what sort of simple arrangement should I get her?

I'm from NYC, and now I live in Western CT (about 1 hour from Whiteplains). I'm not sure what you are trying to do? And what does living close to whiteplains have to do with arranging flowers? Lol

 

I live near there. Tulips are out of season though. You may want to send her... um, damn forgot the name, shoot, they are a lot like Tulips and have similar colors.

She works in White Plains, NY so I wanted suggestions on some florists which are good but affordable.

 

Sorry. I don't know any florists in the city itself. My advice is check under florists in White Plains on bigyellow. Only go for ones in the 914 area code. Look for ones on either Main St. or Mamaroneck Ave, those are the two major streets in White Plains. Stay clear of anything on Post Road, that's the projects
