I just found out Nigeria produces the majority of yam in the world.

I like Yams and sweet potatos too. I grew up with people calling sweet potatos, yams, which is incorrect. Yams are entirely different. I have only had yams a few times with some African dishes. I eat yuca/cassava a lot often which is sometimes confused as yams too.
