Ive flown on about 10+ planes since I was little, I like flying since its much quicker than driving, buts its damn cramped except for first class.
 
I've never been on a plane, yet I aspire to get my private pilot license. I've been in a helo once, and just love the concept of "flight."
 
I love flying... that is when the plane is in the air. What I don't like is the inbetween parts: layovers, delays, pilots lying about actual delay time, and the annoying people who don't listen to the announcements and always turn to you to ask what was just said.

Unless someone buys a first-class seat for me I hate it.
I also hate dealign with most of the airlines nowadays.

They get billion-dollar bail outs with my tax money, they charge an assload more than they used to, and it seems like I get treated worse every year.

Having said that, if I do manage to get into first class and there arent any babies in earshot, I can usually enjoy myself.
 
I'd rather die by my own hand on the highway, thanks. I hate flying, and that would really wreck my day if the plane went down and I didn't make it home for supper with the wife.

Everytime I get on, I feel that I'm experiencing America.

You should not take flying for granted. Watch the Aviator that movie with DiCaprio. Look how people enjoyed flying back in the day, it was glitzy and glamorous.

Now people complain all the time about flying and the whole process.

Times have changed, yes, but keep in mind that we are Americans.
