yea that was pretty sweet, i liked how that crane truck did that faceplant

 
Excellent choices! The mall scene is top notch - filmed 26 years ago!

The T3 scene is nice too but they did go a little overboard with the cable cutting through the street like that.

I often wonder what it would look like having an H2 parked all the way across the terminal parking lot with no less than 50 rows of cars parked between the H2 and the dock. A pair of 3" mooring lines (half million pounds working strength) firmly tied to QM2. Nice slow motion pull! That would be interesting.
 
I'm not a huge Star Wars fan, but I really like it in ROTJ when the super star destroyer crashes into the death star.

Independance Day - Scene where the aliens attack the major cities
Final Destination 2 - Highway chain reaction
Day After Tomorrow - Tornados, tidal waves, etc.

Predator. How can you beat the part where the Predator runs off into the jungle and the whole team just unloads with everything into the jungle and clear cuts it. Especially with the mini-gun. Sooooo badass.

I like at the end of Rambo 2 where rambo comes backinto the base and shoots it all up with the helicopter machine gun, then almost stabs the base general.

Then there is in iron eagle, right after dougs dad gets shot on the runway, he drops that hades bomb and everyone goes holy $hit.

then of course there is the entire demolishan man movie.
