Cool special effects for its (long-ago) time and a fun story, what's not to like?

I enjoyed it more than SW Episode 1 -- no jar jar, no Annakin toddler saving the day 🙂 .

i loved that movie when i was a kid - haven't seen it in a very long time though
the robot clone was cool for trying to hook up with that chic
 
Love the movie, although it seems really dated now 🙁

funny tidbit: the director of this movie was also "the shape" in Halloween (aka Michael Myers)
