I had a pizza this week that had alligator sausage on it. That was new. Pretty damn delicious too.

It takes time; but after a bit you get the hang of it and it's all worth it.

how don't i like sausage is a better question. only sausage i haven't cared much for is plain ass breakfast sausage. even that is good on a bun with mustard, pickles, and onions.

No, I don't particularly care for sausage, especially the tube variety. I will occasionally eat a breakfast sausage patty and I like it in some soups, but otherwise it's not my cup of tea.
