Personally, I was never really that impressed. I propose changing it to something more in keeping with the current spirit of our nation.

Honestly? Well, it is decent, but there is the whole thing about a battle, with, of course, the flag flying high at the end.

I'm trying to find a song with more references to Christianity, but i can't find any. I think this song is perfect since our country is 101% Christian. This is the song we need to get our Christian values back in the American people's head and stop the moral degeneration of our society.

I personally think "this land is my land" would be a much better national anthem. It discusses major parts of America, it is not about war, and a lot less people would screw it up while singing it.

Replacing the anthem is unncecessary. War is what has made America great so it is only fitting we have our anthem be about that subject. We should, however, modify the anthem just like we did with the pledge, so it has references to God. Maybe about how God protected the Star Spangled Banner. That would make Americans more patriotic and more Christian.

It's a proven fact that Christians have more morals than non-Christians, and especially more than Atheists. A more moralistic society can only be good for America, with less birth control use, less nipples on TV, etc.

And it is a cycle, because when people are more Christian, and they hear the lyrics of the national anthem recanting how God protected the flag, they will know that God protects and watches over America, and speaks to our Dear Leader, so it will be their civic and religious duty to support America.

We are sending our forces across the world to do God's will and defend Christianity from the Muslim Hordes. How is it not logical that our Anthem be changed to something more in keeping with this new spirit.
