Depends on what you're shooting for. It's neat and organized, but only in a list sort of way if that makes any sense. The colors, while unique, don't quite work for me. All in all, it's a decent site, I've seen better and I've seen much much worse.

Suggestions:
Try for a better layout.
Perhaps a new color scheme.
