ever tried Cracker Barrell for breakfast? They are awesome.

Perkins is good too, IHOP is third on my list.....but they do the best pancakes.

True, home cook or Uncle Bill's Pancake is the best for ppl around st. louis area.
OTOH, the nearest IHOP at my place offer all-you-can-eat pancake deal if you show a Wash. U student id, pretty cool.

IHOP costs too much for the food you get. not worth it in my opinion. i'm a waffle house man myself...plus theres much more "interesting" people at waffle house

We ate at Cracker Barrel for the first time when we visited Arizona last May, good food.

However with the soutern theme I was expecting some hill billies and klan members to walk in at any minute 😀

IHOP has a good selection, and I like the fact that you can order anything at anytime. But their service can be lacking sometime.

I will never go to a Denny's again, when one Christmas Eve I came alone to a Denny's and was not waited on for 15 minutes. And no, the restaurant was not busy. I will not get into the specifics.
Do you have Waffle House in Texas? That's my greasy spoon of choice for breakfast; fast, cheap, tasty, and much better service 90% of the time than IHOP/Denny's/etc.

Yeah, we have quit a few of them around the Houston area. Problem is they only take cash and I don't carry cash 🙁
