There isn't an option for "meh". I can't say I like it (cow cheese is always better). But I also can't say I dislike it. It just is a middle of the road cheese that is fairly bland. Nothing to love, nothing to hate. Your "yes" or "no" options don't really do my viewpoint justice.

My feta cheese story:

When I worked in catering, the owner of the company needed to talk to a couple about a $20K wedding in his office, but he was in the middle of checking to see if we needed any cheeses from our cheese vendor. We had feta cheese that came in a 3 gallon bucket and filled with liquid- the cheese was floating in the liquid. The bucket was on the top shelf of our cooler, and he needed to check the expiration date. He pulled the bucket down----but the lid wasn't on tight and that "liquid" dumped ALL OVER HIM. He smelled like someone puked in a sweatsock, but still had to go back to his office about booking the wedding. LOL!!!!

I never found out if they booked it or not :)

There's a place in Hanford, CA that makes sandwiches with chicken, onions and feta cheese. They're pretty good

Another vote for love it, but nobody eats it on a gyro. A gyro is properly served with Tzatziki, not with cheese.
