Do you like eating chicken feet?

I do enjoy them. My wife and I usually order them when we are out for dim sum. They really just taste like the black bean sauce they are co

oked with, but they are gelatinous and fatty so the texture turns some people off.

Been a while since i had them. They are gilatinous and chickeny, sort of like hot chicken sticks.

I don't think it's fat, just general connective tissue.

I love that dish. Actually, I like chicken feet braised in soy sauce too. And duck wings and duck feet.
