You can get a good idea of his paranoia by scrolling to the bottom with the videos. They only work in IE for me (blank in Chrome), but all the scenarios seems completely normal that are captured in the videos. However I will admit, when the girls look away from his car when he starts it, it is somewhat surreal. It seems something grabbed both their attention at the same time, yet you don't hear anything. But it could have been something visual.

All in all, these things are just being looked into way too much. If you do have video proof, you haven't posted it yet.

Man, get meds. I don't know you, I don't care to know you, but your shit is off. This is all some made up bullshit your mind is playing on you and they make medicine to stop it. You are not living life right now; your mind is completely fucking with it. If this shit was real, you wouldn't have been able to make a website about it; think about it.

Conspiracy theories - because shadowy organizations who have existed for hundreds of years in complete silence just can't resist putting clues on major public monuments and every note of currency ever printed.

Kobaltin it is possible that someone has installed a passive cavity resonator in your home.

Purchase an OSCOR Blue Spectrum Analyzer and when they send the microwave CW signal to the PCR device in your home base, you can catch it in action.

So can anyone explain me the TV event, street lamps and PC or you are just going to ignore those verifications? Unless someone reasonably explains it I won't give up my theory. I wouldn't think this about electronics if I wasn't facing weird things even outside my house, from the people. It's impossible to record something relevant also because I can't record everything using my cell phone.

Has anyone experienced street lamps going OFF and ON above your head or is it just me? Has anyone ever got an electric shock from a keybord or is it just me again? Btw. I think that my keyboard is fine and it kicked me on purpose during writing the native language version for the police.

However I will admit, when the girls look away from his car when he starts it, it is somewhat surreal. It seems something grabbed both their attention at the same time, yet you don't hear anything. But it could have been something visual.

If you do have video proof, you haven't posted it yet.
You're right! you mean this video:

I think that girls realized that it could be suspicious when they looked at me so they quickly looked somewhere else. The girl who was standing towards me couldn't see anything visual in the direction where they looked at finally. Unfortunately that is my best video proof. It's very hard to record something relevant when all the people don't want me to have any proof.

I still have some other more or less good videos. Look at this one:

There is a father on the left. He watched me all the way I was riding to them. He didn't warn his kids that there is a biker who need to pass through. But on the contrary he had to tell his kids to go into my way, becouse they wouldn't do this to me if they weren't told to cross my way. It's not normal. Normal would be if their father shouted them to leave my way.
I've explained the reason why would anyone do this at the blog: "It seemed to me that people all the time try to show me their kids in the last year. They are often looked after by their dads more than their mums. I mentioned somwhere earlier that I won't want to have children so this could be effort to make me want." Or it could be a way how to make me stop solving this and avoid a possibility of a war - they play on my feelings.

There is a woman who crossed a zebra crossing and then she turned round her body into my direction and watched me with a smile. Why would she do this if she didn't know me?

The girl who is sitting on the bench got up exactly at the moment when I decided to leave and she sat down again immediately. I think that she wanted to get my attention by this. And I think that she wouldn't do this if she didn't know anything about me.

Another weirdness with appliances from a blog:
  • "We've got a battery shaver. Once it was in a drawer and when I was alone in the same room in the evening it suddenly began making a loud noise. At first I didn't know what was going on so I followed the noise. When I opened the drawer with the shaver it suddenly stopped. I wondered how it is turned on or off so I pushed the only one button on it. But it didn't react unless I pressed both sides of the shaver against each other. There is no any button on its sides and it didn't dent at all when I was pressing. But it reliably reacted to this and I turned it on or off cca 10 times over. As it were controled by somebody who could see my movements and turn it on or off remotely."
  • "I've bought an eye glasses hidden camera and DVR to make it easier to get more evidence. But I could use it only few times (more for testing than something important) and it has broke down after that. Is it unwanted by "FBI" or b-e to let me record using a hidden camera? I've wrote an e-mail to the seller and he answered this:
„We've sold many of these glasses and have not had a problem with any of them so far. Was the camera dropped or the wires pulled out by accident?? We can issue you a RMA for repair, but you will be responsible for return shipping back to you. Let us know.“
So it's really improbable to get a defective product and I was the "lucky one" again. The problem about camera is that it loses a signal after few seconds of running. It can't be turned on again for some time after the first successful start." take a look:

It lost a signal before I touched it.
  • "When my parents were on holiday and I stayed at home I noticed that our fridge had some "problem". It had to stop to freeze a while before they left because when I took an ice cream from it another day it was already melted so it had to stop to freeze earlier to lose a cold. It didn't freeze exactly for whole time my parents were away. Everything in the freezer was totally melted. The day before their planned return back the freezer began to freeze. It has froze everything again during the night and when they came there was no problem about it. I've made a video the night before their return, it was melted just partly: Freezer."

There is a werid thing about Winamp: I began to study English cours after summer holidays again and my winamp reacted to this immediately. It plays mp3s from English lessons now (random choice of songs) but it didn't play any of them before when I didn't study (even if I had them in my pc and added in playlist of course). What is the probability for this? I think it would be similar to be hitted by american satellite which fell down from the sky recently if the random choice of songs wasn't controled by other person.
Look at pictures, there is a 11000 plays since April but only a time period of two weeks when were played mp3s from lessons -two weeks exactly since the course has began.

Strange is that our english lector often mix up only my name whereas she remember all the other student's names clearly. I visit this course for a year and she still mixes up my name. I think that she does it because she wants to make me think that nobody knows me (and I think the opposite of course).

Man, get meds... ...If this shit was real, you wouldn't have been able to make a website about it; think about it.
I'm really taking meds, don't worry. Think about this: They don't care about a rumour which only I'm creating using my web - rumour won't do any harm to them. They just don't want me to solve this in an official way via police. People in our country know about everything anyway so it doesn't make any change when I tell it someone else. Even if you all would believe me and took my theory as a reality it's insignificant for them becouse anyone of you won't solve this officially. Gossips mean nothing and that's why I got an electric shock from a keyboard when I was translating it for the police. It caused a power outage in the whole house not only the part where I have my pc plugged in. It has never happened to me - causing power outage in the whole house.

Looks like you live with your family. So, they worked with you to restore order to the TV's? What do they think about your dilemma? :sneaky:

They ignore it and don't talk about it. I have some example of the mood at our house. I was in the living room at dark and I was operating with my cell phone. My mother came to the living room and she didn't react even if she had to see the light from the cell phone. She ignored me and put some clothes to the wardrobe. When I talked to her after this she answered me (calmly becouse my voice didn't scare her) that she got very frightened from the cell phone at the beginning. So she suppressed her fright reaction.

I think that she thought that there was some stranger (she expected me being in my room) and that's the reason why she didn't react to the phone light becouse she didn't want to interact with a stranger in the house at the moment. When I talked to her she had her back towards me so she would got really frightened (from my voice) if she didn't know already that there was someone. She just ignored inconvenient situation. She demonstrably thought that there was a stranger in our house.

That theory doesn't make sense. If someone is in love with you why would they pay someone to stalk you? What advantage in the love game does that give them?

She doesn't pay them to stalk me - she stalks me using their services in exchange for her (and mine) mental health. She is older so she had to wait until I finish university. So she hired someone to obtain services which she can watch me with. She could make a deal concerning some winning if I do something for saving her only via paranoid events (she was stupid, blinded and she knew that I was paranoid enough). I don't know, that's just a guess. I don't think that I'm significant for anyone (just for her).

So now you can tell me again how wild fantasy I have and how stupid I am. Good luck about it. o_O

Do you know who this woman is? Do you have a way to talk to her directly?

also is her scheme working? Are you falling deeply in love with her the more she stalks you?

I know who she is of course, I met her at university. She left the university few months after the 'door experience' - you can find it at the blog. But I don't have any way how to talk to her except her email. I tried to write her a message and she didn't confirm anything from that shit. But if I am right about everything it doesn't make any difference. She can have some rules which she can't break, probably she has to pretend that the shit doesn't exist. That's a rule which should make me insane and she had to take it to get her services and she took it becouse she was idiot. That's my theory.

Her scheme isn't working. It would work if there was a way how to solve this during few weeks but no during few years. I don't know anything for sure and I'm going through shit, I hate her for this even if she suffers also in case that I'm right.

Thank you for your therapy, you are asking right questions!

The problem you have Kobaltin is that it is easy to make up theories to fit something on any situation, and have it work.

If I see the number 3 on a sheet of paper, I could theorize someone added 1 and 2 together, and there is no way to prove me wrong. I could also theorize someone divided 3 into 9, and ended up with 3, but again there is no way to prove me wrong.

The issue WE see is that when YOU see a 3, you think Bob found 100, Mary subtracted 50, then the lamp post divided by 2, just in time to beat the dad from subtracting 22, resulting in 3. It is overly convoluted to reach an extremely simple answer - and the fact of the matter is, the 3 was probably just written there with an extremely simple reason behind it. Maybe someone wanted to remember a number, maybe they just felt like writing it - who knows! But it isn't a long drawn out story.

You're stuck in the idea that ALL these things are happening to the point where it can't just be coincidence. But in reality - this is how everyone's life works. People stop and smile at me just because they want to be kind to strangers. My tv turns off for no reason (that I can explain), and I see stuff that I'm like WTH? Most of what you're posting here is stuff everyone deals with or experiences in life, you're just keeping track of it in way more detail. Where we just see the number 3, you see a conspiracy, but logically, it is just a simple 3.

It is interesting that you note that the scheme isn't working. Its been going on for years and with no progress. Don't you think if she was trying to trick you into falling in love with her, she would have given up by now or moved on to a different approach???? Do you know anyone ever that has pursued someone's love in such a strange and twisted way for years on end without any progress?

I have never heard of such a thing. It isn't likely this is the case here. The facts don't add up.

kobaltin, I can assure you that I've had numerous instances in which street lamps turned off when I was just about to pass them. At some point, I was making jokes with my relatives and SO about my supposed "telekinetic" influence. This has happened over many years - the last instance was a few months ago.

As disappointing as this may sound, the phenomenon may seem weird, but it can be explained through probabilistic theory, as well as electrical engineering :)

I know there's very little chance you will understand this, especially since others have already pointed it out to you, but it's worth repeating:

1) The kind of surveillance you're talking about is very expensive (and some of it is downright impossible with our current technological means).

2) You are not that important in the great scheme of things. You are not a genius about to make a great discovery, or a secret agent, or an alien in disguise. Nobody is worth that much of an effort. Especially not for the sake of love, sex or other human desires.

3) There's no way that someone's infatuation with you would lead to such extreme manifestations. If someone is in love with you, they won't try to hurt you. This can't go on, especially not for so many years...

4) You're Czech, yet you think, somehow, that the FBI/CIA/NSA is involved. Once again, you are not that important. If foreign services operate on Czech territory, they would not risk an international scandal just for the sake of driving an engineering student crazy. And why the CIA/FBI, anyway? Why the **** don't you, at least, consider the KGB/FSB, since your country used to be under the Soviet umbrella?

Do you really think that an Obama aide gets regular reports from some command centre deep under the Pentagon, about how many times did Petr Marek went to the bathroom, or went grocery shopping on his bike? How ridiculous is that?

5) It's safe to assume that by now everyone knows there's something wrong with you - from school to family and neighbours. That's why people talk about you, that's why your family and colleagues are deliberately trying to act normal - which, of course, only creates more suspicion in your unhinged mind, because you're really looking for patterns, and this creates more tension, in an unending loop.

6) Hugo Drax was not kidding about the device he posted... there are many procedures and technologies that make spy sweeps... it's doubtful that specific one would be available to you, as a foreign national, but I hear that the Germans and French have really good gear as well. Of course, it costs an arm and a leg, and more than likely, even if you obtained such a device, and it would scan your house and not find anything, you would still think something is there.

7) Electrical shocks may be simple electrostatic shocks, or be due to the poor wiring in your house.

8) You put a lot of time and effort into this, but you never thought about hiring a private detective agency and have someone find/follow the woman you think is responsible for everything, to see if they report anything suspicious. Why not talk to her face to face, with other people you trust around you?

Dude... you're just sick. Seek help. Talk to your family. Change doctors, change your medication. Right now, you're just making a fool of yourself, and provide post-holiday comic relief for a blasé internet community.

Finally it's kind of nice to read your replies. Thanks for that, especially Tweak155, IceBergSLiM and AnitaPeterson. I'm glad for that even I'm not fully satisfied (guess why :sneaky:). I'm not going to put another effort into convincing anybody (it's impossible) but I'm not giving up my theory yet.

It crossed my mind that I could hire a private detective agency year ago and I contacted some to find out what their services were about. But I didn't have much money and I didn't have a job either so I only asked them to give me some information about what would be if I hired them to find her.

I'm going to have a job since Monday so I will have money and I'm hiring an agency to trace her up. What would be your reaction like if nobody could find her? o_O I still think that I won't have a chance to see her lively. We can make a bet about agency's results :) Seing her lively si the only way how could I be convinced that my theory is wrong. I'll let you know if you stay being nice to me.

You remind me of someone I know. He always asks for opinions and for what people suggest he should do, but yet has never taken any advice that counters his own initial opinion or that leads away from it. He's a really smart person, graduated from an esteemed college, can be very nice, but thinks he's smarter than everyone and that his conclusions are always right. Deals a lot of 'reality' based on what he perceives from people around him, not actual relationships with them. I've never seen someone so active in society but with such a fvcked up self-absorbed way of thinking in my life. Over time he eventually gets booted from each circle he joins. Needless to say he's a programmer, lol.

What kinda meds are you on? You are being tricked by your own mind into thinking ALL of this.
You have a serious condition and sadly i believe it just gets worse as time passes.

Try thinking about a time before you knew about any of this, who were you? are you still the same person? do you laugh much?
